অর্ডার বাতিলের জন্য, গুদামগুলির দ্বারা পণ্যগুলি প্রক্রিয়া করার আগে ড্রপবাজার একটি সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত দেয়। তবে নিম্নলিখিত আদেশগুলির জন্য জিনিসগুলি আলাদা হতে পারে:
ক অর্থপ্রদানের পরে, POD অর্ডারগুলি কাস্টমাইজ করা হওয়ায় বাতিল করা যাবে না।
খ. অর্থপ্রদানের পরে, ব্যক্তিগত ইনভেন্টরি অর্ডারগুলি বাতিল করা যাবে না কারণ এটি বিশেষ পণ্য এবং শুধুমাত্র আপনার জন্য উপলব্ধ৷
গ. অর্থপ্রদানের পরে, ভিডিও এবং ছবির অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে না কারণ ড্রপবাজার আপনার জন্য পরিকল্পনা করেছে এবং প্রস্তুত করেছে৷

ড্রপবাজার ওয়েবসাইটটিতে নিবন্ধিত ব্যবহারকারী/গ্রাহকের অ্যাকাউন্টগুলিকে যে কোনো সময় কোনো কারণ দর্শানো ছাড়াই মুছে ফেলা/বাতিল করার সম্পূর্ণ ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করে।
ফেরত বেবস্থা:
আপনি যখন ডেলিভারি ম্যান থেকে আপনার পণ্য সংগ্রহ করবেন, অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের রঙ, আকার এবং গুণমান অবশ্যই পরীক্ষা করা উচিত। আপনি যদি কোনও সমস্যাযুক্ত পণ্য খুঁজে পান, এটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ, ত্রুটিযুক্ত বা ভুল, অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে বলুন এবং এটি তার কাছে হস্তান্তর করুন।

ব্র্যান্ড ওয়্যারেন্টি: ব্র্যান্ড ওয়্যারেন্টি হল পণ্যের ব্র্যান্ড/উৎপাদক দ্বারা সরবরাহ করা ওয়ারেন্টি। ড্রপবাজার ব্র্যান্ড/উৎপাদক যে বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা প্রদান করে তার জন্য দায়ী নয়। ওয়ারেন্টি শর্তে মেরামত/প্রতিস্থাপনের জন্য পণ্য জমা দেওয়ার জন্য গ্রাহকদের সরাসরি তাদের অনুমোদিত পরিষেবা কেন্দ্রের মাধ্যমে ব্র্যান্ডের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
বিক্রেতার ওয়ারেন্টি: বিক্রেতার ওয়ারেন্টি সরাসরি সেই বিক্রেতার দ্বারা প্রদান করা হয় যিনি আপনাকে পণ্যটি বিক্রি করেছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন এই ওয়ারেন্টির শর্তাবলী বিক্রেতা থেকে বিক্রেতার মধ্যে আলাদা হতে পারে। গ্রাহকরা পণ্য পৃষ্ঠায় চ্যাট ফাংশনের মাধ্যমে বিক্রেতার সাথে সরাসরি চেক করতে পারেন।
আন্তর্জাতিক প্রস্তুতকারক/বিক্রেতার ওয়্যারেন্টি: এই ওয়ারেন্টিটি সরাসরি পণ্যের আন্তর্জাতিক নির্মাতা/বিক্রেতারা অফার করে। পরিষেবা কেন্দ্রের ভৌগলিক অবস্থান ব্র্যান্ডের আঞ্চলিক উপস্থিতির উপর ভিত্তি করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে এবং মেরামত/প্রতিস্থাপনের জন্য গ্রাহককে পণ্যটি দেশের বাইরে পাঠানোর প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। গ্রাহকদের অবশ্যই ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড বা ব্র্যান্ডের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লিখিত ওয়ারেন্টি প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, পরিধানহীন, ধোয়া না হওয়া এবং ত্রুটিবিহীন হতে হবে। ফ্যাশন পণ্যের জন্য, পণ্যগুলি জিনিসটি মানানসই কিনা তা দেখার চেষ্টা করা যেতে পারে। এটি এখনও অবহেলিত বলে বিবেচিত হবে৷ পণ্যটিতে অবশ্যই মূল ট্যাগ, ব্যবহারকারীর ম্যানুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, বিনামূল্যে, চালান এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে হবে৷
ডেলিভারি টাইমলাইন:

দ্রষ্টব্য: পণ্য স্থানীয় হলে, ঢাকা শহরে আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময় ১-৪ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৪-৭ দিন।
দ্রষ্টব্য: পণ্যটি আন্তর্জাতিক হলে আনুমানিক বিতরণের সময় ২০-৩৫ দিন। কখনও কখনও শিপিং জন্য আরো লাগে. রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা, রাজনৈতিক ইভেন্ট, জাতীয়/সর্বজনীন ছুটির দিন, ইত্যাদি সহ, কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয়, বলপূর্বক ঘটনাগুলির কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে৷ যদি ডেলিভারিতে আরও সময় লাগে, আমরা আপনাকে মেল, বার্তা বা ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে অবহিত করব৷
রিফান্ড টাইমলাইন:
যদি কোনো আদেশ বাতিল করা হয়, এই ধরনের আদেশের বিপরীতে অর্থপ্রদান ১০ থেকে ১৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে, তবে ব্যতিক্রমী ক্ষেত্রে এটি আরও বেশি সময় নিতে পারে। শর্ত থাকে যে প্রাপ্ত ক্যাশব্যাকের পরিমাণ, যদি থাকে, তা ফেরতের পরিমাণের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য করা হবে।

Dropbazar reserves the full right to change, increase or revise the price of products/services without prior notice or intimation to anyone. However, this will not affect your current purchase price. However, the newly charged fee will be applicable in case of subsequent renewal/new purchase.
Orders Cancellation.
For order cancellation, Dropbazar offers a full refund before products been processed by warehouses. But things may be different for following orders:
a. After payment, POD orders cannot be canceled as it is customized.
b. After payment, private inventory orders cannot be canceled as it is special products and only available to you.
Account:
Dropbazar reserves full power to delete/cancel user/customer accounts registered on the website anytime without assigning any reason.
Returns Policy
When you collect your products from the delivery man, please must be checked products color, size, and quality that you ordered. If you find any problems product, it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please tell the delivery man and hand it over to him.
After that, please raise a return request on the Dropbazar website or inform our customer hotline. The return request must be submitted within 24 hours from the delivery time.
Note: If we cannot provide your ordered products, We ensure a 100% money-back return within 15 business days.

Valid reasons to return an item
The delivered product is damaged (i.e., physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g., unable to switch on)

The delivered product does not match the product description or picture (i.e., product not as advertised)

How do I know if my product has a warranty?
You may check if your product has a warranty by visiting the product page and checking under the ‘Return & Warranty’ section.
Types Of Warranties:
- Brand Warranty: Brand warranties are warranties provided by the brand/manufacturer of the product. Dropbazar is not responsible for the after-sales services the brand/manufacturer provides. Customers need to approach the brand directly through their authorized service centers to submit the products for repair/replacement under warranty conditions.
- Seller Warranty: Seller warranties are provided directly by the seller who has sold the product to you. Please note that the terms and conditions of this warranty may differ from seller to seller. Customers may check directly with the seller via the chat function on the product page.
- International Manufacturer/Seller Warranty: This warranty is directly offered by international manufacturers/sellers of the product. The geographical location of the service center may vary based on the brand’s regional presence and may require the customer to ship the product out of the country to be repaired/replaced. Customers must follow the warranty process mentioned on the warranty card or the brand’s official website.
Note: All warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.
Conditions For Returns
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried to see if the item fits. This will still be considered unworn.The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box.
Note: It is essential to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.While handing over your package to the Drop-Off station/ Pickup Agent, please collect the Dropbazar Return Acknowledgment paper and reserve it for future reference.
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.
Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you in 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts, and no refund will be given.

Note: If the products are local, The estimated delivery time in Dhaka city is 1-4 days and outside Dhaka 4-7days.
Note: But if the product is International estimated delivery time is 20-35 days. Sometimes takes more for shipping. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events, including, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc. If delivery takes more time, we will notify you by mail, message, or phone call
Refund Timeline:
If any order is canceled, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 10 to 15 working days, but it may take a longer time in exceptional cases. Provided that the received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount.
